Psychometrician & Evaluation Consultant · London

Evidence that your programme works. Scores you can defend.

I design evaluations and validate assessments, then report the results in a form your clients and funders can rely on.

Two problems I solve

Programme evaluation

“Our training works. Can we show it?”

For training providers, wellbeing providers and charities that need evidence of impact for clients, funders or their own improvement.

Programme evaluation

Assessment validation

“Our assessment produces a score. Would it survive scrutiny?”

For assessment, HR-tech, EdTech and survey businesses whose product depends on scores meaning what they claim.

Assessment validation

Fixed-scope work from £1,500. Larger studies quoted after a scoping call.

Example work

Two reports written to the standard I deliver. Both use synthetic data and fictional organisations, so no client's work is disclosed.

How an engagement works

1

Scoping call. We establish what decision the evidence must support and what data exists.

2

Fixed-scope proposal. Deliverables, timeline and a fixed fee, agreed in writing before work begins.

3

Analysis and report. Design, analysis in R and a decision-ready report, then a walkthrough call.

Why work with me

Evaluation and assessment questions are measurement questions: what was measured, how well, and what the numbers can support. That is why one person can do both.

I hold no stake in any assessment product or provider I evaluate. I'll tell you what your data can and cannot show.

Start with a conversation

Thirty minutes to talk through what you're trying to show and whether the evidence is there. No preparation needed.
