How an engagement works
Scoping call. We establish what decision the evidence must support and what data exists.
Fixed-scope proposal. Deliverables, timeline and a fixed fee, agreed in writing before work begins.
Analysis and report. Design, analysis in R and a decision-ready report, then a walkthrough call.
