- Have you written down, in specific terms, what the programme is meant to change?
- Do you measure those changes, not just whether people enjoyed it?
- Do you measure before the programme starts?
- Do you measure again at least a few weeks after it ends?
- Could you show the programme was delivered as designed?
- Do you have anything to compare against, such as earlier cohorts, another group or a published benchmark?
- Could you explain the results to a funder or board in plain language, including what they don't show?
